DESIGN NOTES 

 After many years of being closed, this adored listed building has undergone a radical transformation whilst retaining its recognised original features and architectural details. Burns Design created the interior space which crosses between typically traditional Scottish aesthetics mixed with accent contemporary elements. Offering, 16- Guest and family suites, a rustic timber clad bar, panelled private dining areas/ meeting rooms, a warm and welcoming restaurant with additional outdoor area and cocktail lounge. Serviced cottage apartments will be joining the hotel amenities in the near future.

Ronnie Burns explains their approach, “Our aim was to create a contemporary welcoming interior space. Sanderson Design Group Contract encapsulated the texture and sophisticated complexity we were looking for in Harlequin’s Anthology wallcovering and fabric collection. Inspired by crushed layers of rock, we felt designs charting the natural evolution of time was a great fit for the Seafield Arms Hotel.”
